I agree and authorize the Asia Hapkido Federation to collect personal data as stated in the "Privacy Statements" The personal data collected by the Federation from the applicant is provided voluntarily by the applicant, and it is ensured that such data will only be used for the specified purposes. Personal data may be used for processing all applications for the Federation (Association)’s professional qualification certificates, identifying the identities of competition participants, disseminating news and information, or for internal reference and statistical data. The Federation(Association) will not use the personal data provided by the applicant for any other purposes without notifying or obtaining the applicant's consent. The relevant data will only be accessible to Federation (Associatio) staff who need to use such data. The applicant has the right to request to inquire about or change the personal data they have provided. If necessary, please send a letter or email to the Federation (Association).

IMPORTANT NOTICE

I hereby pledge to comply with all regulations set forth by the Asia Hapkido Federation while registering for the instructor training course conducted by the association. Furthermore, I accept any disciplinary action taken by the association in the event that I damage the honor of a Hapkido practitioner or engage in behavior that deviates from the conduct of a martial artist. Additionally, I will not raise any objections regarding any safety accidents that may occur during the training. I solemnly vow to contribute to the development of Hapkido and the improvement of national sports while focusing on enhancing my qualifications as an instructor. After completing this training, I will commit myself wholeheartedly to maintaining proper conduct as a leader and nurturing junior practitioners.
