學員應先掌握教練所教的技巧,並加以練習至熟練程度,繼而教練會因應學員所掌握的技能再教新的技術。望各學員能勤奮練習,達至運用自如!切記萬事都一分耕耘,一分收穫!任何一種學習都沒有捷徑,只有循序漸進!

For 4th Poom/Dan black belt
