I agree and authorize the Asia Hapkido Federation "Personal Information Collection Statement". For the personal identity authentication of the Asia Hapkido Federation ('Federation') membership system, the Federation will collect the personal information of the applicant, including but not limited to the name, identity card number or passport number, date of birth, contact number, and will collect the applicant’s identity copy. Personal data may be used for processing the certificate applications, identifying the identity of the contestants, distributing information, as well as for internal reference and statistics.

The personal data collected by the Federation is provided voluntarily by the applicant, and such information will only be used for the stated purpose(s). The Federation will not use the personal data provided by the applicant for other purposes without notice or approval from the applicant.

The relevant information is only for the staff of the Federation who need to use the information. Applicants have the right to request access to, and to request correction of, the personal information. If the applicant wishes to exercise these rights, please kindly contact the affiliated club master and send by post or e-mail to the Federation.
