On Sale Poom-sae (套拳 / Pattern) DVD
Dear members,
It is my pleasure to announce that I have just produced Tae Kwon Do “ POOM SAE (Pattern) ” DVD, which was performed by Grand Master J.G. Lee, research Director of Kuk Ki Won of the World Taekwondo Headquarters.
The standard POOM SAE patterns (including colour belt & black belt) are newly revised and there is a MENU function provided so that you can easily understand the patterns.

本館現推出一隻由世界跆拳道總部國技院研究技術總監李師傅示範的“POOM SAE”(套拳)DVD。這隻DVD不但設有(附設選單功能)目錄還有色帶及黑帶套拳，以方便學員使用，而且收錄了剛修訂的標準POOM SAE(套拳)，使學員學習能事半功倍。
