Conversion table of Ideal Weight

Are you sure you have to lose your weight?

Nowadays people claim that they need to shake off some weight. However, how did they know they’re overweight? One must bear in mind underweight is so far from healthy. Before you decide to take up certain weight-losing programme, just take a moment to work out your own Body Mass Index (BMI”), which can by way of objective assessment tell you if you’re overweight or underweight. Experts have pointed that the ideal BMI is 22. What you’re supposed to do is to do away with the superfluous fat within your body. If you fall into the category of underweight, you’re not suitable for any weight-losing programme.

Key to attaining the ideal: In order to achieve the objective of losing weight, it is essential for you to set a target. First of all, check your ideal weight against the following table, and then keep working on eliminate the excess of your body weight.
