Stretch body with both arms & legs

Pushing bottom to floor

Touching trunk with two knees

Raising two arms & stop for a while

Lock fingers & raising upper body

Up & down spine

Waist twist

Lie on front & raise leg alternately

Pull tows (Don’t bend knees)

Stretching out arm and leg alternately

 

Lateral trunk stretch

Crunch with waists

Spine twist (raise knee to 90 degree first)

Reach with one leg folded

Stretch arm alternately

Rock fingers and close spine

Lean against the wall

 

Touch two hands the wall alternately

Touch the wall with two hands

Touch the wall with two hands and stretch spine
